How much are the Concierge Primary Care membership fees?
Fees are based on your age and medical complexity, and will be discussed during your initial comprehensive consultation with the clinic.
How much is the wellness program?
Each case is unique, so our programs are customized to fit the individual needs. The first step is to have a consultation to find out what your needs are and how we can help.
Does insurance cover your services?
To offer you the best care experience, we do not participate in any insurance plans. The cost of any services provided by Prerna Health will be billed to you directly.
However, medical expenses such as lab tests, imaging studies and prescription medications may be covered by a member’s health insurance plan per that plan’s rules.
Can you help me if I am not local?
Yes, everything that we do can be done virtually.
